So it turns out that the great TP debate has a right answer. Over or under is really YOUR personal preference but industry professionals will always install the paper to unroll over the top. A properly installed roll will always come over the top and unroll in the front, not the back. This is a crucial part of TP etiquette. Having it unroll toward the back is very inefficient!
